Treasure Tower

Treasure Tower: a pin puzzle with 112 towers to loot

Treasure Tower is a pin puzzle set inside a sandstone tower. Metal pins divide it into chambers holding gold, lava, water, bombs and grumbling monsters, and Pip the explorer waits at the bottom. Slide the pins out in the right order so the gold reaches him and the dangers do not.

How to play

  1. Look at what each chamber holds and which way every pin slides.
  2. Tap a pin to slide it out; everything resting on it falls.
  3. Use water to turn lava into harmless stone, and use lava to deal with grumblers before they reach Pip.
  4. Get enough gold to Pip to win the tower. If Pip is burned, caught or blown up, retry and try another order.

What it exercises

It is a rescue puzzle and a physics puzzle at once, and most towers can be read before you touch anything.

Tips

Frequently asked questions

How do pin puzzle games work?

Things are held in place by pins. Removing a pin lets everything above it fall, so the order you remove pins in decides whether the treasure arrives safely or a hazard gets there first.

Is there a pin puzzle game online free without ads?

Treasure Tower plays in your browser on any phone, tablet or computer. It is free and has no ads, so there are no interruptions between towers.

How many levels are there and how do they change?

There are 112 towers. Levels 1 to 5 introduce the rules, 6 to 25 have one right order with three pins, 26 to 60 mix rules with four or five pins, 61 to 100 are trick towers with ramps and trapdoors, and from 101 the chains run to six pins or more. Ten gentle breather towers are spread along the way.

How are stars awarded in this pull pin puzzle?

Stars depend on how much of the gold reaches Pip: almost all of it earns three stars. Gems, when a tower has one, must reach him too and add to your score.

Is every tower solvable?

Yes. Every tower was re-simulated over every possible pin order with the same physics the game uses, so a winning order always exists.
